Sambhavna.... Instead of tur dal put moong dal and masoor dal in equal quantities in khichdi... When you eat tur dal ... acidity is obvious... Take equal quantities of ajwain and saunf.... Dry roast them separately... Don't burn... Then in a small bowl put some Kalam namak and add 2-3 spoon water and mix it well... Pour this salty water onto saunf and ajwain... Roast together on a low flame for a few minutes... Off the stove and leave it in a pan for a while... Once it's cool down... Put them in an airtight container. Let Avinash use this as a mouth freshener... This will help him in digestion...
