Reading the novels, this could be perfectly real. And I like think so 😏 In particular in "Sasuke Shinden: The Teacher's Star Pupil" Sarada makes fun of Sasuke whispering "papa you have mum's lipstick on your lips" 😏 and sasuke caught in the act blushed. Or "Sarada when you are sleeping Sakura and I speak a lot about things"... SO.....

They are, it’s just their relationship is more private. Unless Sasuke gets jealous, which has to happen a lot sicne Sakura( in Sasuke Restuden) “sighed” and “rolled her eyes” when Sasuke stopped a male from touch her hair. Sauske was supposed to hide behind some curtains until the patient left, but he couldn’t, cause he knew the patient was attracted to her. Their are more scenses if u want. Sasuke Retsuden is a manga and novel, but the manga isn’t finished yet, it only has 3 chapters but it has the scene of Sasuke being jealous. Also it’s canon. The guy was Sasuke’s cellmate, Gigi.

Actually sasuke and sakura have been having a very intimate relationship in botuto, especially now that he's back for long. Its in the novel as stated by sarada "dads home and mama is very cheerful and he skin is glowing too" and stated by sakura in the anime boruto "sarada you're asleep when dad comes home at night to sleep sometimes...and we talk alot too." So hehe.
