संविधान की मूल आत्मा को बदला जा रहा है सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पहले ही स्पष्ट बोल रखा है कि 50% से ज्यादा आरक्षण नही हो सकता । अगर ये 10% सवर्ण आरक्षण को सुप्रीम कोर्ट मान लेता है तो टोटल 60% हो जायेगा फिर बचा 40% को obc के लोग भी अपना आरक्षण को 55% करनी के लिए कहेंगे sc, st भी 22.5 से 25% तक करने को कहेंगे बहुत मजा आने बाला हे देश में देखते जाओ।

आर्थिक रूप से कामज़ोरो को आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए क्योंकि उनके पास इतने संसाधन नहीं होते कि वो प्रतिस्पर्धी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के लिए महँगी किताबें और कोचिंग कर सके और कई बार बड़े शहरो में जा कर कर सके

गरीबी जाती देखकर नही आती और जिस पर आती है इसका दर्द तो वही जाने मानलो कि कोई arskhan बाला लाखो कमाता है और किसी गरीब को दो वक्त की रोटी नही है तो arskhan की किसको जरूरत है भाइयो स्वार्थ बस कुछ भी कहो अगर मानवता बस देख़ो तो समझ आएगा अपने फायदे के लिए तो लोग अपने देश भगबान माँ बाप सबको गाली देते है बो क्या जाने गरीबी क्या है क्योंकि बे सिर्फ अपने बारे में सोचते है अपना फायदा जो ओर सब जाए भाड़ में तो ऐसा न सोचो जब sc, st, obc को मिला उसमे सभी ने supprt किया तो इसका इतना बुरा क्यों लग रहा है 10 परसेंट में सिर्फ हिन्दू ही नही सभी आ जाते है इसमें किसी को जाती नही बल्कि मुस्लिम ईसाई ओर अन्ये जाती आती है

@JMS prashant gupta गुप्ता bhai apki baat bilkul sahi hai. lekin garibi hatane ke liye already PDS system, pradhan mantri awas yojna, fee concession, etc. jaisi bohot saari yojna chal rahi hai. lekin reservation caste base par isliye rakha hai taki discrimination kam kiya jaa sake jo aur yojnao se nahi khatam ho sakta. aur supreme court ka verdict hai ki reservation economic basis par nahi diya ja sakta ye kewal social aur educational basis par diya ja sakta hai. lekin apki baat bhi bilkul sahi hai ki jaruratmand ko milna chahiye.

Rakesh singh..bhai..dhruv rathee ke baat maat suno..i was a fan of him..but he is becoming partial...he gave wrong information to all..50% unreserved general category is for all and it doesn't exclude sc/st obc s..general category sirf upper cast ke lie nahi hai...sc/st s waha se bhi kheer khata hai..quota se bhi kheer khata hai...and upper casts are getting marginalised in govt job sector specially...I don't have hatred towards dalits..but this is a crude ground reality
