Now opposition parties, People and Media will forget about job creation debate and they will fight for those limited jobs. Its better to ask govt to impove all universities instead of ensuring 1 seat in one of the IITs or IIMs. Debate diverted from Job Creation to fighting for limited seats.

Aarthik aadhar me kya pareshani h?? OBC ko waise bhi creamy layer ke basis pe milta h. Jo pichde SC/ST hain wo toh mostly greeb hain hi toh aarthik aadhar pe mila toh mostly SC/ST ko toh waise bhi reservation milega hi. Fir kya dikkt h aapko?

आरक्षण सामाजिक बराबरी के लिए था ना कि आर्थिक बराबरी के लिए

आनंदजी आप का मुद्दा बहोत सही है। बल्कि में तो कहना चाहता हूँ के 2% ब्राह्मण आरक्षण करके बाकी 98 % ओपन करदिया जाए इसी तरह इंसाफ हो सकेगा। इस आजकी आरक्षण नीति में 50% ब्राह्मण ही फायदा उठा रहे हैं।

सबसे पहले तो जातिगत आर्थिक आधार पर सर्वेक्षण कराया जाना चाहिए जिससे देश को पता चल सके की किस जाति के पास देश का कितना प्रतिशत संसाधन मोजूद है । नहीं तो देश में जो जाति जितने प्रतिशत में है उसको उतना प्रतिशत आरक्षण दे देना चाहिए ।

Hindu Upper Caste India me sabse jyada Ameer ha aur ST and Muslim sabse jyada Gareeb ha isliye kisi ke Population ke hisab se nahi diya ja sakta Arakshan qki isase Talent dab jayega.......Hindu Upper Caste se hi sabse jyada IAS IPS Minister bante ha jo apni ability se bante ha unhe koi Reservation nahi milta fir bhi........agar unki Population ke according ho jayega to aaj jo Hindu Upper Caste se 50% se jyada IAS IPS IFS Minister bante ha tab 12% hi ban payenge qki hamari Population kam ha aur isase Talent bhi khatm ho jayega.

अबे लल्लू किसी की गरीबी के लिए कोई दूसरा जिम्मेवार नहीं होता ... १०००० साल से दलित गरीब के गरीब ही है इसके पीछे का कारण क्या स्वर्ण है ? इनका अपना कोई दोष नही है ? जापान और जर्मनी १९४५ में ९०% तक बर्बाद हो गये थे ,और आज कहा है ..और तुम १०००० साल से वाही के व्ही हो .. तुमको आब्दी बढाने और सवर्णों को देख देख के रोते रहने के सिवाय आता ही क्या है ?

The young generation at least the one living in cities just can't imagine the hardships and humiliation some people from our own land, among us went through and are still going through in this country. People feel that economic imbalance should be the core of reservation but they are ignorant and insensitive. The way we behaved with our own countrymen is atrocious and there is no way to take it back. It is as serious as Auschwitz in my opinion. जो भी हो । ले दे कर सारा माल अपना । तू देखता रह सपना । मुसलमानो के साथ ऐसा ही हो रहा है । आशा है कि इस नए आरछण में बिना किसी भेदभाव के कम से कम 5% आरक्षण मुसलमानो को मिलेगा और भाजपा के बारे में फैली हुई भ्रांतियां दूर होंगी ।

The present Reservation Amendment Bill in favour of Swarnas on Economic basis affirm that all the Muslims are Swarnas whereas according to the belief and practice of Brahminical order all Muslims irrespective of their castes are untouchable. The Brahmins/ Swarnas do not eat and drink water at the hands of Muslims as per their belief, text or practice. Please note that The Scheduled Caste reservation Act 1950 was promulgated on the basis of untouchability. According to this principle of untouchability, all Muslims including Syedzadas/ Sheikhzadas ought to come under the purview of ST reservation which has been camouflaged so far since 1950 by the Swarnas. This is totally wrong perception that reservation of SC/ST is based on caste basis but in reality SC/ST reservation is on religion basis which is blatantly anti constitutional but unfortunately it has not been retrospected so far. Meena a tribe of Rajasthan got reservation in ST category since they were espousing the faith of Sanatan Dharm whereas the Mewatis, a clan of similar tribe couldn’t create a niche for themselves in the slot of ST since they were Muslims. Unfortunately This selective application of rules or promulgation of law have made our country a milching cow for the privileged section of our society.

Those who earn over Rs.2.5 lakhs in a year is a rich man thus pay income tax whereas a Swarna who earn Rs. 8.0 lakh a year is poor and eligible for reservation. It shows the bankruptcy of our legislatures in totality.

I really appreciate the discussion in this episode but i have one doubt that what should be the ideal condition to remove the reservation and there must be the parameters which will decide the amount of desparity in the society and it should be needed to revalute because the amount of desparity in the society changes across the time from 1932 to 2019 and all the degree of segregation must be changed during the time so we need to revalute the configuration and amount of reservation on the basis of change in social strata of society but no such evalution was done until now and not seems to be done in near future that means we are also deviate from our real purpose and this system is going to remain Universal and hence all crux of our constitution is going to destroy.

Please note that this reservation is not only for upper castes in Hindus but also for all other communities including Muslims and Christians etc. So not restricted to 15% population.
