This is only presented to us for the purpose of making the intentional choice, to choose the light over darkness, as are all negative situations a blessing, a lesson we need to learn, and make that choice to be in the light. I lost my dad in November, when the preview of this song was released on Instagram, I related tooo and sooo much!! And have been waiting for this song ever since! I definitely felt like my world fell a part and part of my world was missing when my dad died! Sarah I like the added effect where you coughed twice just before the song to get our attention. The video effects and lyrics draws out the pain, emotion of how I feel inside. It articulates it but offers hope that we are rising out of the ashes and are getting our fight back.

Ever since I heard this song, it really resonated with me. Although sometimes times might be a little challenging, I can't let negative thoughts or negativity get the better of me. I went through a divorce in 2017 my X is remarried it ripped our family apart Out of 4 children I only see two. We sold the house house prices in Canada tripled forcing me to rent. I don't know who I am anymore. I feel like I have no place to call Home. I'm working through the past pain and trauma of child hood abuse.. I recreated my childhood past in an X spouse who was both physically and verbally abusive. I came close to ending it many times. Through your songs Sarah and other truths I keep taking steps to shifting my paradigm and have good church family.
