Sarah Atkinson, Professor of Screen Media at King's College London, is a leading expert on the impact of digital technologies on film, cinema, media audiences, and screen production practices. She co-edits Convergence: The International Journal of Research into New Media Technologies and has published extensively in her field.
Sarah adopts practice-based methodologies, creating original works such as video essays, short films, and interactive installations like Crossed Lines, exhibited internationally. Notably, she co-produced Hangmen Rehanged, an immersive cinema event combining various cinematic and theatrical forms.
