While the Sarabande was actually written a few years before Ida Presti's death, it later turned into a lament on her sudden and early passing. We don't know who wrote the fingerings, but I assume they were made by Ida Presti herself, as they are quite thoughtful and naturally create stunning tone color contrasts.

My first love is rock guitar so although I can appreciate the skill of classical guitariists it generally doesn't grab the emotions to the same degree. The exception is Stephanie Jones. There is something about her playing that is different and to be honest I have no idea what but also it doesn't really matter I love listening to her and this was just beautiful.

As always, magnificent performance. However, in several of the last songs I have listened to, the sound of Stephenie's breathing can be appreciated, which does not favor the final result.
