Sara's performance shows how far Poland has come in the last 30 years. I am 45 years old today and I remember Poland from 30 years ago. It was a gray, communist country, almost no one knew English, the borders were closed, there was poverty in the country. Today Poland has the 19th economy in the world and is constantly advancing - in the next few years it will overtake several more countries. Poles have put a lot of effort and talents of the nation to achieve this. In Poland today, many foreigners live and feel good - Germans, Americans, Swedes, French, Italians, or Asians from many countries. There are also such talents as Sara. Poland no longer has complexes - after 200 years of rebuilding statehood, 123 years of partitions and non-existence on the maps of the world, total destruction by Germany and the USSR during World War II and 80 years of communist enslavement by the USSR... Poland is today a beautiful, proud and stronger country with educated, hard-working people.

I love it when she holds that note.

This is the best analysis I've heard so far...my favorite part of her performance is when she removes the microphone and sings "...and I think it's gonna be a long long time..." Chills for me every time...the arrangement of this song is EPIC...Hats off to whomever did it!♥

Servus Kariija! Ich habe 💯 % verstanden. Ich finde dass Sara eine sehr schöne Stimme hat aber braucht noch mehr Erfahrung in ihrem leben (natürlich sie ist jung) damit sie solche lieder besser verstehen kann. Aber sowas hätte ich von einem 14 jährige niemals erwartet. Sie hat einen schönen performance abgeliefert und ich freue mich für sie auf AGT. 😉 einen schönen Tag wünsche ich dir!

@@ZoeStibiVocalCoach no this is how voice training by award-winning teachers looks like in music schools in Poland of the 1st and 2nd degree - secondary and higher vocational schools, as in the musical theater, e.g. the theater in Gdynia, Baduszkowa, but not the music conservatory of the 3rd degree here you learn the voice specifically for the opera or the musical theater stage, and the graduate can choose where they want to perform the theater stage or the popular music stage

What does Floor do? Breathing is soooo different for different singers. Depends on the voice quality and what they are trying to do. 😊

@@ZoeStibiVocalCoach I'm somewhat confused by your question, "what does Floor do?" especially since you have a video dedicated to "How to sing louder and with less breath" which indicates that there is a technique which is universally accepted as being the most efficient regardless of what or how you're singing. I used Floor as an example since I think she's a master of her instrument, and some of my favorite singers have that same mastery. Haley Reinhart, Diana Ankudinova, Giulia Falcone - of the four singers I've mentioned here, they all have a different style, sound and genre but they all four seem like whatever they're singing is unforced and relaxed in their delivery. But not all singers approach it with a firm, or educated, foundation. Respectfully.

@@ZoeStibiVocalCoach She does have a very good voice but there are times when she sings like Cher--contralto. I think she should raise her voice to the next higher octave right from the start. Sara was singing so low I thought Simon was going to buzz her off the stage. Those lower octaves are difficult for the judges to pick up on, especially when the audience was as unruly as they were that night.

What is all the hype about? I considered muting her before she finished. Too dramatic, either you know the song or not. Has a lot to learn.
