If multiple applications are deployed in a subaccount,Do we need to create multiple applications in identity services for each application present in subaccount? Or 1 is enough?

You should deploy one Application in one Subaccount , All the application Deployed will follow same Trust created for the subaccount it is subscribed ,so only one application to be created in IAS
Can we establish SSO between Successfactors EC & EC Payroll.
