I am getting " you are not authorised to perform the requested action" pop up while subscribing to the application in the sub account of my organisation global account. Can you please share the solution on this or can you tell me from where I can get the Authorization to subscribe the any applications.
Can platform user with sub account admin role collection (user group assigned in IAS), user can login using custom identity provider (IAS)?

Only Authentication is supported for BTP platform user through IAS.Federated Authorisation is not supported yet for BTP platform users using IAS
