Do you think if SEN and walkme worls independently after this acquisition??? So then SAP will have two Digital Adoption Solutions???

They already do, with SAP Companion and SAP Companion for Desktop... (and you can use SC4D with Fiori quite easily). My guess is we'll have Fiori and non-Fiori options that look and are maybe built) the same, but have different code underneath. I think SAP is very interested in how WalkMe 'reads' the application - and basically wants that code. Whether they can replicate that in SC or need to keep it separate is the big question.
