This song is a workout. I remember learning this song like 4 years ago and for the life of me I could never get the intro verse and bridge riff right. Now, I actually incorporate the intro and verse riff into my warm ups. Definitely helps on both right and left hand dexterity, string skipping, alt picking and muting. Anyways thanks Beau for writing these kickass riffs🤘.

This whole band is underrated and under appreciated. Ever since they came out I been doin God's work trying to let people who aren't aware know who these mfs are and how influential they were to music. They literally came up with the blueprint that so many bands followed and some garnered more success doing so. Saosin needs more love.

picking hand and classical style on left leg looks exactly like standard shredder technique (such as jason richardson). you really hold back your chops, but it's for the purpose of music. the riffs are still ahead of it's time. timeless. still impressive in 2023 as it was in 2006.

Exactly what drew me to them. Like I love the melodic pretty harmonies on vocals and guitar in any music but especially this genre, however Saosin was the first to fuse these crazy old school melodic metal riffs reminiscent of Iron Maiden / Judas Priest with the hardcore / emo music scenes and the result is nothing short of perfection.
