This is a beautiful design. If it had a high terrace/observation deck it would be the cherry on top. But that’s just my preference. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Great job.

There needs to be some openings on the bottom of the roof patio walls for water to drain and to be able to sweep dirt and debris off.

Great little house design, but I really detest spiral staircases. I know they’re wonderful for not taking up a lot of space, but I find them kind of dangerous, for me, that is! 🙃
