The 2019-20 400 Thunder season returns to Sydney Dragway for the third round of six. It’s the Santos Summer Thunder, with Top Fuel headlining the event. Wayne Newby is riding on a high after winning the New Year Thunder just a few weeks prior and is ready to continue his chase of another Top Fuel title. Also included in this show are the finals from the 400 Thunder Sportsman Series.

What happened to these videos? I love the production of them and I have seen all of the drag racing ones more than ones. But why did they stop coming? I know covid and bla bla bla, but I believe racing has been done since then?

How can i see, that a engine dropped an cylinder?

The exhaust pipe on that cylinder is pumping out raw fuel
Are we still running a full 1/4 mile in Australia 1320 feet or have we gone to the yank format of 1000feet

Top fuel ,is the first do do bird sport, it's so quick short, most have given up.not even a quarter ,it will soon do those circles ,and eventually disappear, was exciting in the 80s, god knows how it all survives.

Disappointing. And yet it’s the opposite in Qld - lucky to get a seat on the grass at the Winters.
Too much talking. Not enough Racing.
585 class , rubbish , shouldnt be limiting ETs on any pro class . I will not pay to see that .

I agree, it's lazy rule making. People want to see the limits pushed and records broken. Adopting the US model seems an obvious place to start. They can always tweak the rules at the end of the first season.
I wann't aware that Wayne Newby had changed his surname to NOOBY. How friggin annoying to have a 'commentator' mispronouncing the bloke's name.... this is the same type of bozo that calls Colin, COLON
