The "bull" you talk about looks more like a scarab. Those horns are definitely scarab horns. 🤟

I think that operator with the horns is the secret reward operator. if you look at it it looks like krampus. the collar around the cape is the fur, the horns and then the demon looking face painted or sculpted onto the helmet and reds eyes. It probably has something to do with either the crashed sleigh that is randomly available based on the starting circle or its a certain number of wins which no one has yet. I know lockdown also had a similar hidden win reward which is a calling card that i have. it took 25 wins so that might be the same for this mode since its a limited time event for only 10days. It would make sense giving 25 wins for something only available for 10 days give an operator.
