Why did this make me laugh so damn hard lmao
It's interesting that Gaster's story is so vague that some people interpret him as falling into the CORE during a failed experiment, leaving Sans and Papyrus behind, while others interpret it as Sans intentionally killing Gaster.

I know this comment is late but they have a tumblr account and it’s their KZread name. They have loads of more artwork and comics depicting different fan theories of the possible link shared between Sans and Gaster.

@@bumblebee8615 for me they were just assistants to each other, although I’m not sure if you’re talking about me or the comment above. Sans as a Royal assistant I suppose, but that seems more keen to headcanon. But we all know Gaster was the original scientist, so there’s no changing that.

@@halcyonrein Oh no. I’m replying to the original comment. Not you. I apologize if it seemed like did. Personally, I have no headcanons about the relationship between Sans and Gaster as Toby Fox has given little crumbs to make sense of what’s the connection between the two. I simply sit back and enjoy what fans create. I do like the assistants theory but who knows with the release of Deltarune. It has been stated Toby has more games planned explaining the lore of Undertale and its characters, so we probably won’t know Gaster’s identity until way later. I am curious to see which fan theory becomes right or is everyone wrong tho. 🤔
