I am a Rajput..and having heard so much about this movie...I decided to watch it to make my own opinions. I was apprehensive at first. But BOY OH BOY...I absolutely LOVED this movie. Sanjay Bhansali is a legend. All the actors were incredible(Ranveer was insane). Everything about this movie was amazing. And I thoroughly loved it.

I'm a Filipino fan of Bhansali! I've watched Ramleela, Bajirao Mastani and recently Padmaavat in the cinema. He's a brilliant director. His cinematography is dreamy, stories are always bittersweet. Will watch Devdas and Black soon. I must say Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat are different but both good movies. Bajirao Mastani glorified a star-crossed lovers, so poetic, romantic! but Padmaavat is about a heroine/ Queen who needs to be glorified, so gentle but so strong, very wise. 😊

Koi apni mehnat se history Ko AAP logo k saamne lata h .aur kuchh log apni Bakwaas se kisi Ko hurt karte h .padmawati movie poori tarah se awesome hai aur isme Kahi b Aisa scene. Nai hai jo kisi ki Bhawna Ko hurt kare Jai bhawnai

Hardik Shah - Yes everybody can relate to Raju hirani as his movies reflect the simpler version of human lives but to time n again create a historic era like Devdas,Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat is a different ball game all together because Bhansali wasn’t born in those times, he has just read about them in books...so to first conceptualize that and then to visually make it so appealing is a lot of hard work and only few genius like him can can succeed in that. His VISION IS EXTRAORDINARY! He is better than every Indian Director!

I didn't like one scene in padmavaat. When the battle took place between Shahid and Ranveer ,Malik kafur attacked Shahid from behind. Was it really indeed? I think alauddin khilji was brave enough to battle him one on one.

Indeed he is brave but rajputs are more brace who fight despite knowing they can't win against that much big army, and they will be killed but they fight, and padmavati is great queen and khelji despite being very bad person, is brave and fight with mangol

Pitty on those chutiya Sena who discarded this Epic work just for their fake sense of greatness.. Sanjay Leela bhansali.such a gem, great person.. not even single word utter against bloody Karni Sena, government (who nakedly supported goons bt not SB).. and made such a Epic movie inspite of all hurdles... Kudos !!!! Way to go Legend !!

The problem is the Government who is not able to stop unbelievable attacks to the film maker and the sets. This is what we call uneducated public...gundas aur gawars aur berozgaar and bad upbringing

Again, no questions regarding cuts 'the elephant in the house' made in the film, why he agreed for so many cuts! A total no politics OR what is happening around you interview. I feel the interview is incomplete and only at a superficial level. Would expect more like a Manoj Bajpai interview on Ayari.

SLB is the best..

according to padmaavat ratan singh didn't get injured by padmavati's shoot. so that means this movie has insult the story.

I feel that..Padmavaat should have been more focused on padmavati and her virtues..than khilji and his menace..as some journalist said, this movie looked more like a khilji movie than a Padmavati...and its Director's fault
