Sir in some questions of Sanger sequencing in GATE the ans is given the sequence obtained from electrophoresis which is complementary to original sequence but some questions the ans is given the original sequence ....sir what will be the correct answer. Sir jokhn questions solve kori confusion create hoi j ...konta korbo complementary or original sequence

What is the point to name videos in one language and make them in the different language? Why don't you name video in Hindi? (The fact that you put Hindi in parentheses is not an excuse - such names make false clicks from English only speakers and compromise youtube search).

It's clearly stated in hindi both in title as well as in the thumbnail. It don't belive in putting Hindi fonts because I myself is not Hindi speaking person.
