On this episode of FoodPrints, Sandy hits the northern towns of Pasuquin, Burgos, Bangui, Pagudpud and Adams.
Breakfast is at Pasuquin Bakery with good old Pasuquin Biscocho and Vienna sausage. Then some sightseeing at the scenic Burgos Lighthouse and Bangui windfarm. Another adventure awaits at Panzian Beach Resort in Pagudpud as Sandy tries dishes made from foraged ingredients like laing 3 ways (mulberry, taro and lubi lubi) and caps the night with Zephyr Cafe’s Pinakbet cake.
Finally, for the very first time, Sandy visits the mountain town of Adams where he tries exotic dishes like igat, balbalosa and paleleng.

Wow, Ilocos Norte! 🥰🥰🥰 I've only been in few places there.. I think I should jot down the foods I haven't tried yet, and some locations na di ko pa napupuntahan especially that beautiful beach in Pagudpud, I am so amazed with its scenery! 🤩🤩🤩 'Hoping to visit again there soon when everything is fine.
