You are running an ELISA which uses the polyclonal secondary antibody . What type of ELISA it is? What could be the major issues that can arise due to the use of polyclonal antibody? How will you reduce the background noise in such case?

Sir acc. To kuby only enzyme-linked antibody specific for different epitope is added nd thn substrate is added to measure the colour. But u said we add primary antibody after that another secondary antibody.
