would’ve made for a good title, and sorry in advance for being an “erm ackshually 🤓” but he said that the difference between 360hz and 540hz is pretty negligible, given that just at 360hz we’re already pushing how many of those frames we can actually see

@@Gary00108 i wasn't replying to be argumentative or anything, i tried to not make it come across that way but i apologize if it did regardless. people actually CAN process framerates above 60hz, but it varies from person to person and can be as much as 90hz. there's a difference between sight and perception. i can look at a 540hz screen and "see" all the frames, whether my brain is processing them all or not is a different story. semantics out of the way, visual smoothness increases as refresh rates do. put a 60hz vs a 240hz monitor just displaying the same video/gameplay side by side, and without actually playing on either and there will still be a noticeable difference between the two that'll show the difference in feel isn't solely caused by input delay. i agree that input delay is much easier to register than high framerates, and even though we can only really process 60 frames generally, we can still feel and register the differences between the two. i think the returns are likely pretty pointless after around 240hz though, but i cant say for sure until i have a chance to test above that, which may be a while lol

You need to hold your down button right when you dash jump and do another without landing like 0.5 secs before
