I hv started performing trikala sandhyavandham from this Yajur upakarma and am using your video presentation.Its very clear and easy to follow.Very clear prounciation and very clear.I have an humble request...After the japan...especially from mitrasaya sharasane....it's bit fast and I find it difficult to catch up If you could give some time space it would much more easy for to follow the hyms.Similarly if there are instructions for no of times to chant Gayathri mantram for pratha, mandhiyakam and sayam sandhya, it would be extremely useful for people like me. I think it's 108, 32 and 64 in that order.Pl educate me if I am wrong. I have started performing after long years and your presentations have made it much easier for me to perform. Kindly accept my humble pranama for this excellent noble initiative. Hara hara sankara jaya jaya Sankara. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

As far as I knew from experts one should never touch Dharbasana to leg.. should not stand on Dharbasana mat and offer arghyam or tarpana.. if one had to stand he should ensure that Dharbasana mat is not touched by foot. Need to stand by kukkutasana... I got this information from Shanmuka Sharma gurugaru..
