Childhood mornings: filter coffee, newspaper, kolam (muggu) in front of the doors, morning mist, m.s. subbalakshmi madam's suprabatam in radio. Chirping birds in the garden.... Missing all those wonderful days. When I'm listening this suprabatam again here, I'm feeling like I'm travelling back into my memories which I can't bring back... Wonderful quality days....

Once we went to her home and in the beautiful Gudalur misty morning i heard this spiritual song... The vibe is different.. Whatever the religion is.. Christian, muslim, Hindu.. Whatever... Bharatheeya Athmeeyatha is great.. Hinduism is Its not a religion.. Its a spiritual way.. Thank you my god because i born in this Hindu spiritual country...

I'm a born catholic, every morning neighbour had had played this song in the morning, I dont know when but, my morning became so habitual of this song, right now she is battling with cancer , I hope and pray she fight it like a warrior queen and remain healthy. 🙏

being a Christian myself I love this hymn as I lived near a temple and this is to play from those old rusty speakers in a temple nearby. Agarbathi s smelling while hot piping idli, sambar and chutney is served at shops and homes. Mmmm - Miss my childhood days.

5am is too early. For that matter all these should not be in loudspeakers. As good it is listen to , it can always be enjoyed within the confines of the homes. Or it can be recited inside the temples by the devotees. I wish the temples will change their policies. I am not saying you are complaining, in fact expressing the opposite. I personally feel this early morning should not be disturbed.

When i turn back to my childhood...after our Fajar prayers this would be the only sound playing in the morning because of our neighbour Satish uncle (Hyderabad,wahid colony YAQUT PURA) Now those types of mornings no where to be found,everything is there except purity n peace ☹
