Very tempted to buy one of these have used a few different industrial ones in engine reco shops i worked in there are the dry type and another that also uses water that flows through with the glass beads, this type tends to be much cleaner when doing cyl heads etc as the beads don't tend to stick in the oily threads etc. Most places actually used line marking glass beads as they were a lot cheaper plus running lower pressures tends not tto smash the beads to powder as quickly 60 psi would certainly be much better than 120. The ones that use water are also good for building forearms as they have a hell of a kick.

Thanks for an awesome video on the modification of your Tool Pro sandblasting cabinet. I have purchased all of the parts to modify my Tool Pro cabinet as per your instructions. My wonderful partner has just finished making a mobile stand for it, he does the metal work, and I do the furniture restoration. I was wondering if you would be able to help me out by telling me how you wired up your two external lights and how you fitted them to the top of your cabinet please?

Maaaate, I too have this same Blaster and I think i bought it on sale for roughly the same price.. Its a great thing but average at best without a decent air compressor. I already had decent compressor however if you were needing to buy one as well its not worth the expense (in my opinion) I have not modified mine in any way however after watching your video I think i'm definitively going to get hacking into it. I like having the ability to blast items as I go and at my own pace. Great review..

@@rustyinspirations I have added a shop vacuum, the same as what you have done.. I have also added extra lights, I put LED strip light on the inside which seem to do the trick but lights on the outside is a good idea.. Without doing those two things, it’s more or less unusable because you simply cannot see anything..
