Not many people will admit to what I will say, but I am a victim to my own demise. I've suffered with narcissism since I was a young boy and it has affected me for over 15+ years. If I could I would fix myself but every time I go back to same version of myself that I wish to destroy. I need help and I'm not sure where to turn. This music though, is really the only thing that helps my mind be at ease. To not have to think about anything is truly a blessing and makes me feel one with earth. How many tears have accumulated in my soul over the years, even a lake of love in them would turn into an endless ocean !! There will be no shore of love, there will be no island of hope, faith has been carried away somewhere and nothing will be the same as before ..

you make yourself suffering. There is no such thing as "your mind", there is no such thing as "your soul". Only idealistic expectations, expectations that upfront are built upon the desire of control, can be disappointed. shed you expectations. .... And now the difficult part: Detach yourself from your body, detach from everything, and retain care, love and compassion. Then you will see consciousness flowing through you. Then you will see. Then you will understand that there is no location, no center to the circle. Then you can rest in eternal beautiful acceleration.

How beautiful it is, one day I was able to go diving in the ocean and going down to the bottom, suddenly I saw how this hand but with clenched fists, it was covered with algae, moss, marine crusts, etc., I was surprised to see it, I could barely recognize the hand clenched fist!It was beautiful today I suddenly remembered!
