I have been using the regular sana moisturizer (without retinol) with my dermatologist prescribed acne routine (differin, clindamycin, etc) and it has been great. It works surprisingly well for AM and PM My skin feels very hydrated, no dry patches, it never stings, and it doesn't cause any irritation or dermatitis like other creams because it's fragrance free. It also goes well under makeup or spf (no pilling). That's really hard to find so many thanks to Dr Dre for recommending

Edit:I know this may sound odd but it has been on my mind so much and I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere… When applied topically, can soy LECITHIN affect thyroid functioning or oestrogen? Soy has been found to affect both when consumed. But are there any effects on the thyroid if soy LECITHIN is applied to the skin ( in very small amounts it would likely be). Dying for some one to answer the thyroid question ! Thank you so much!

Dr. Dray, does tretinoin bring sun spots to the surface and eventually eliminate them? I've been using Differin and changed to tretinoin gel 0.025% to help my adult acne. But I've noticed sun spots that are actually palpable on my temples and, my acne scars seem more visible. My acne is under control unless I try new products or go crazy eating sweets and cheese.

I love how informative your videos are! Can you please do a video on your favorite gel moisturizers? Are there any gel moisturizers that a dermatologist would recommend? I am hesitant to try new moisturizers because I've had some very bad experiences with them. Either they have clogged my pores horribly or they have given me what my dermatologist said was "contact dermatitis". I find gel moisturizers appealing because they feel nicer and don't give the skin that oily look. But I don't know what gel moisturizers are considered safe while being adequately moisturizing. I tried a gel moisturizer once when my skin was irritated and dry to the point of feeling very tight. It felt nice at first until it left me with what looked like chemical burns. Are there any gel moisturizers that are generally safe for sensitive & dehydrated skin?

I am a 20 year old female, and I am already starting to get noticeable wrinkles around my eyes ( ones I only notice with people 10-15 years older than me). I know it's normal to get these, but I don't know if it's normal for it to be happening to me so soon. I have had these since I was 18, but they were never really noticeable and have never worsened until now. What should I do? How do you take care of the skin around your eyes?

Dr. Dray! I noticed the cerave skin renewing night cream in the jar has no retinoids so I use.a small amount In the mornings. Was it the one you likened to the peptideprotini from drunk elephant? And does the Sana soy milk wrinkle cream have any Polyhydroxyde acids? Love these informative videos for healthy skin! 😁👍

Do you know of any good soy products that are available in the states? With how hot the weather is right now I worry about the heat destroying the formula of the product in transit and while sitting out in the mail box in 100 degree California weather.

Valeria Chuba I’m obviously not Dr Dray, but it MAY be very good to apply around the eye area and the neck. There are other retinol creams and serums that’s are made specifically for those areas that don’t even contain the skin barrier protective ingredients that Sana has plus it contains no fragrance while many others do.

Hello Dr Dray, like so many here I appreciate very much your reviews and recommendations. Where in the past I could find hardly anything for my dry dehydrated aging skin with rosacea I now have an abundance of products that work. Too many maybe and that’s where I can use your help. So would you mind helping me with my routine. I have the moisturizer from Dr Sam which I like but because pricey I also have the La Roche Posay and also one from a Cerave. And now since I love the sounds of your recent review of Cosrx I’ve ordered that and Rosacare. I have the serums that include Q10, bakuchiol and most recently CBD oil. Can you give me any advice about using them.

After using AHAs too often, my nose has been flaking like crazy so i have been trying to salvage that by applying urea thickly. I shall buy the soy and try to bring the suppleness back into my skin.
