This is a mix of footages in 1) San Sebastian de la Gomera (Canary islands, Atlantic Ocean) and 2) San Sebastian ( Basque country, north of Spain)
Esta mezclando San Sebastian de la Gomera (Islas Canarias) con San Sebastian (Pais Vasco). No tiene nada que ver una ciudad con la otra. Las separan casi 2400 kms.

The video of San Sebastián (Basque Country) is between minute 1'46 to 2'38 and and appears again in the end of the video between minute 4'25'' to 4'50.
Nice video, but you are showing us 2 San Sebastians, the one in the Basque Country (Donostia/San Sebastian) and the other one in the Canary Islands (San Sebastián de la Gomera), was this on purpose? On the description you only mention the basque one, but most of the images belong to the other one. Thank you!
