gout from fried okra our favorite places so far have been San Sebastián, Jose Ignacio Uruguay and Honolulu Hawaii. We’re probably moving to Honolulu in a month or so...but plan on living in San Sebastián before too long!

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah, we have a lot more to come...we are actually just finishing a move to Hawaii to wait out the rest of the pandemic then we’ll be heading to Asia, NZ, Australia, etc...still have some more from South America to push too, once we get settled. We stayed at the Lasala Plaza Hotel. They had just opened and we got a great rate…but I recently saw how expensive it is now 😳. Anyways, weather was really mild…need a light jacket a night probably. Have fun!!

I have heard about San Sebastian as a real foodie town with some extremely famous restaurants am I right? The food shots had my mouth watering. I would fly there now if I could!

You're right! Huge foodie town...I heard there were more Michelin Star restaurants per capita than any city in the world! El Bulli used to be the best restaurant in the world, until they got bored and closed it...but even the casual places (pinxtos bars) are out of this world! Thanks for watching!

We’ve been twice...Amy loves it so much, she was looking at apartments to rent this time! All the food is so good, it’s hard to pick a favorite...but the anchovies are out of this world...it’ll make you like them even if you don’t!

@@AdventureEverywhere It's very "family friendly"...if you're from Europe 😂It's a pretty typical Spanish beach...which means a lot of people are topless. But, there are a ton of families and kids on the beach...you know how it is, I'm sure!

@@TheNearAndAway Yes, I know it's culturally insensitive of me, but this is my biggest pet peeve of beaches in Europe. As my 10 year old once said to me, "Why can't they just make it a rule that they have to wear tops?"

Actually Andalucia is not even a 20% of Spain territory. And we talk about Andalucia as if all its regions were more or less the same but there are desserts, high mountains, forest, beaches... And also cultural differences, there is a part of Andalucia which belong to muslims until 1492 and another part which was christian by 1215.

San Sebastián is probably our favorite European city we've visited so far! The ocean is amazing, the food is out of this world...all of it comes together to make this a magical place to visit. What's your favorite city in Europe?

@@TheNearAndAway Depends on when you go actually. I've been there during the offseason and the "onseason". Yes, it can get crowded, but the whole city is a museum, so I enjoyed it in spite of the crowds.

I would love to get your input about Traveling-I know with Covid it has been delayed. My Story! I lived in Hondarribia, Spain for 3 years as a child. My father was Air Force stationed connected to Zaragoza Radar. We lived in a Villa Called Villa Usoa-and Across from park of Swans. Maybe called Parque' de Ciznoes? My Spanish was fluent (as a child would speak) My Sister and I have never been back! Our Parents have Passed. We remember traveling to Biarritz Beach at the Casino ALOT. We did go to Cities camping in Europe like Paris Arch de Triump Eiffel Tower and a N word ? Church , the Rhine in Germany, Holland, the Netherlands and 1960 Brussels, Belgium World's Fair. I am drawn to San Sebastion as you are want visit to Hondarribia our home town (a Fort Town with very old cobblestone streets) There is a Castle Hotel and one on Mt Jezebel but pricey. You said $100. a night and looks like Hotel right on the Sea wall In San Sebastion. Any suggestions for an Itinerary for us to travel and enjoy/relive our childhood?? ThankYOU so MUCH!

Sounds like an amazing life you guys are living! San Sebastian is one of our all time favorite places! It was a few years back when we were that last, and the drone laws weren't as strict as they are now. However, now we have the Mavic Mini, and since it's under 250g, that really seems dodge most of the restrictions in other countries. Thanks for watching!

Great video, thanks a lot for showing our country. Let me tell you, the right word is "pintxos" or "pinchos", not pinxtos. And please, take care with your dron, in Spain it is forbidden to fly it over the city, beaches, and so close to the shore and cities, police can seize it and they can fine you, even more than 30.000 €, trust me.
