San Sebastian (aka as Donostia) is tops for enjoying heavenly food. The city is amazing too! Love Love San Seb! I'm dreaming of going back soon! Lovely vlog you have there.

Loved San Sebastian. It’s heaven on earth, my girlfriend and I went this past summer and will be back again. We managed to get into a gastronomic society and even had one of the members cook for us and show us the place. It was something that I wish was in the states. The love for food and drink there is second to none.

@Fred Teall actually, the basque country is one of the most pro-feminist places to exist (certainly more than the US). Most sociedades allow women in (after women fought to be let in) and even though most don't allow women to cook, we picked our battles and let it slidd because it worked out in our favour. You seem to delight in the idea of women not being allowed, but you wouldn't be welcomed in most sociedades (or most places in Euskal Herria) with that ideology.

This seems to be a very charming place with delicious foods for sure, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!

Just found your channel last week and have watched almost all your videos! You guys are so fun to watch and inspire me to travel and see the world!!

Thank you so much! We love supporting the locals and in San Sebastian, you can't go wrong with ANY of the local restaurants! Have you ever visited San Sebastian / Basque Country?

Family friends belong to a gastronomic society in Tolosa and we were able to dine with them. Coolest experience ever!!

There are definitely many less trendy bars that are way better. If you ask what a bars “specialty “ is, then you will get a plate and be told they are all good ( touristy) The food tour you took was good, but maybe try a more traditional food tour, for less money when you come back!! squid burrito? looks more like a squid taco lol interesting how the burrito or taco made it that far since I live in San Diego which is like 40 min drive to Ensenada Mexico home of the Fish Taco and SD is well known for it's burritos
