No wonder this town has been voted as the most beautiful cities in the world, twice! In this video we visit San Miguel de Allende. We stayed in Amatte Wellnest Community, about one mile from the city center. I can't say enough good things about this charming and authentic city. Great people, great food and beautiful city overall. We hope to be back one day.

I feel so proud to live in this beautiful city, but mostly because the heart and soul of this place are as beautiful as its exterior. Come for the beauty, stay for the people!

That’s awesome that you got to explore so much territory and enjoyed San Miguel de Allende. I’m sure Australia is really nice too, but hopefully you get an opportunity to travel again to your favorite destinations 😃✌🏻

Thanks! We stayed at the Amatte Community hotel. It’s outside the city center, but they offered complimentary transportation downtown on a daily basis.
Its truly one of the most beautiful places but its sadly out of reach to lots due to affluence of big money. Most natives find it too expensive and unaffordable
I think Sam Miguel is OK, but it's pretty much gringo land.
A beautiful town that is being ruined by wealthy Canadians and Americans.
