A drive around Windcrest would be terrific.
I've been in San Antonio, Texas twice. First, we went to Six Flags Fiseta Texas, and second, we went to Seaworld San Antonio.

I like San Antonio more than Houston in Texas.

it's not nearly as flat and boring. houston feels like a southeast city with texas flavor....SA feels like the gateway to the southwest USA

You have to drive down S.W Military Dr. On the south side to really see the heart of San Antonio

Yes.
The real San Antonio started on the Southside and its airport was Stinson airfield and still operates. There's so much more to San Antonio than just the rich parts of town. Let's be fair and drive where real life happens and not just fairy tale places.

Is San Antonio safe to drive around?
It would be nice if you named street or area you are driving from and where you are headed 😏
What does a family of 4 or 5 do in these huge mansions? Hide from each other and plot the divorce? They look cool but I live in a 3 bedroomed house and some rooms I never go in.

San Antonio is great but it does get hot in Texas. Right now it's the best weather.

Make sure that you avoid it in the summer. If you have to go in the summer, no long walks. Personally I would not use the bus in the summer since waiting for the bus could make you pass out. Just rent a car or use Uber

This would have been a far, far better tour had you told us what neighborhoods yoou were driving in.
