Samurai Shodown 3: Blades of Blood / Samurai Spirits Zankurō Musōken.
Kibagami Genjuro playthrough in bust mode and max difficulty. To fix broken VFX switch to 720p60 quality setting or higher.
Skipped some of the transition stuff this time but ending is included. My slash playthrough has most of it intact instead for that full experience.
Bust Genjuro may not have the command grab, but he does have the card bounce trap which is very useful against the AI.
Started using it during the second half (first example 08:36)
They block the card bounce high, hit them low with a leg poke, then combo into close B and finally into special move or super.
Very fun and rewarding to use.
Fucked up much of the SanKuSatsu back dizzy combos in this one though. Opponent slips away... should have used the card throw variation after low close C. Damn you brain, lol.
Still, veryvery happy with this run in the end.
Lastly, I used pcsx2 v1.2.1 to get access to Samurai Shodown Anthology and its character color editor, as I wanted to play bust Genjuro in the classic colors.
