The rear leaf springs didn’t look much different laying side by side but holy smokes, they added about a 3” lift it seems. I took screen shots of the before and after from a previous video and the difference is pretty significant. Good job man. Looks great!

It improved the ride significantly. It's not an expensive upgrade.

Got a couple questions. What tire size are you running, I love the look. Also, what year is your zuk, I have an 87 and wanted to see if you have the links to the parts because it looks like there’s a lot of specs that need to be accounted for when you have a lift and want to make sure I get all the correct parts for my samurai.

Also, did you need to regear or extend brake lines or anything

I did remove the wheel flares in another video so I think that helps the looks. I've got new 30x9.50x15 on the stock wheels on my 88.5 zuk. They do rub so I'm trying to find a solution to that. Maybe spacers or new wheels. Let me find my parts list. Assume your asking about shocks? Stock brake lines. Reused the ubolts. I even reused some of the bushings from the front in the rear leafs because I didn't order enough kits. No regearing but it is definitely slower. I've got a 1.6 8 valve that I'm thinking about installing to but also thinking diesel.

How do you like the ride quality? I am considering the full ome kit. I want to do a yj spring kit, but the hangers will take up the bolt holes my cool bumper uses, so I'm stuck with oem style springs, or going full psycho 4 link and coils. Im really interested in your feedback.

It's a better ride but still not perfect. I'm still running 35 psi which I know is excessive but I'll play with air pressures as I go. Not a lot of miles as of yet.

I haven't had a chance to put a lot of miles on it but I really like it so far. Convertibles are drafty, tin tops are like being in a drum. This transforms it into to a real truck.
