Simple useful info - like the actual entire depth 👍 We just bought this from Argos and it only mentioned the top panel dimension - not including back edge and front elements 🤦🏻‍♀️ ... luckily we are about to get a new kitchen and moving some pipes about - so it shouldn't be a problem. But quite misleading - so advice to others to double check ACTUAL depth, if space is an issue. Just gave ours a whirl today - is fairly quiet and intuitive. Installation video is clear too. Don't need to be a plumber to get it In and to work 👍👍. ...this video helps to understand it completely.

Just bought one of these machines. It is a wonderful piece of technology. The only problem I have is that the manual does not cover all the functions. I , by accident, turned on the child lock so when the programme finished I could not open the door. I read all the instructions but no reference to what to do. It was by watching this video that I discovered what to do. For that Thank you.

Thank you! I have watched the second time because it is the first time I use Samsung. I washed colours but the powder soap was almost not used. I put the soap in the left. Can you please say something? I had to wash white so I had to deluded the soap and put in the right little container. Thank you.

I don't have quite the same model but a very similar one. This was excellent and I particularly wanted to see the back of the machine to see if there were any access holes.....because I think I have a mouse in the back of my machine!! There have been some odd scratching noises coming from it for the last few days and I am not strong enough to pull the machine out. There is no mouse inside the drum, the scratching noise seems to come from in behind. My machine is only about a year old and was professionally installed. I am scared to do any washing! I have put down a humane mouse trap but have caught no mouse for the last 3 nights since trying. Could a mouse possibly have got in somehow? The drain pipe goes through to my under sink connection. I assume the installers fitted the caps after removing the screws. I have never had anything like this before. I do have 2 cats who bring a mouse in every now and again but it doesn't usually escape one of them or myself if I manage to save it first. Ideas please anyone?!

Can you use vinegar and bicarbonate to clean in this machine ? If the Ecco drum clean could not take away the funky smell in the machine?

The ping and chime sounds make you think it's a machine sponsored by Nintendo 😅 ...I suppose the Mario Brothers were plumbers afterall. Fitting? 😜

Excellent review! I have a similar washing machine (mine has a small built in door in the front). Unfortunately My clothes turn out to be extremely wrinkly after the wash! 😢😢😢 what could be the reason?

Not too sure, sometimes if it's spinning at the maximum for a while it can cause this issue or if the clothes are left in the drum too long after the wash has finished then that could be the issue too

Thank you so muh, super helpful. I bought one of these recently, did the first wash today and I am very happy with the result but there was an issue when it was installed I think because the vibration is really strong and loud. Any advice on how to correct it? Thank you :)

Just make sure that all of the transit bolts have been removed and the machine is level on the floor. It shouldn't be too noisy, as these are fairly quiet machines

May I ask if it's possible to turn off the loud beep when pressing the buttons? It would make your brilliant videos even better :)

Useful video. One thing though, on the eco program, can you tell me if the water is heated? On mine, the water is stone cold and my smart meter confirms the heater is not activated at all during the wash.

Normally if you select anything warmer than around 30 degrees, then it would normally heat the water. The only way it wouldn't heat the water is if you select the cold wash or sometimes 20 degree wash. Great question, thanks

Nowadays Samsung seems to be offering (with otherwise the same specs) the add wash option. What do you make of this feature? Would you recommend buying an add wash option washing machine?

Add Wash is basically a feature that enables you to add clothes into the wash if you have forgotten to put them in. It is a feature that can be popular with consumers but in reality how often is it used? I wouldn't see it as that much of an advantage on the machine to pay extra, but some people may see it as an advantage.

Thanks for the video. I wanted to know how the time delay works. For example, I put the delay end at 8 hours and then pressed the play/pause button...the machine sounded like it started so I quickly turned it off. Is this the right way?

Normally once you have set the program, set the time delay and pressed start, then just leave the machine. Don't turn the machine off as it will not work

As you say there really isn't a lot between them. If the Samsung is cheaper and has the better warranty I would probably sway towards that.

Hello , could you suggest between Bosch series 4 vs Samsung eco bubble ? Bosch is around 350 pounds and samsung is around 400.

To be honest there isn't a great deal between them, although as a company we sell a lot more Bosch as i feel the build quality is better on the Bosch and also the customer service for after sales from Bosch is a lot better than Samsung

I’ve watched 4 different videos on this model and frustration is increasing because without the manual I do not know which compartment out of the 3 is for the ‘soap powder’ please. Can anyone tell me. I don’t use conditioner, I don’t use pre- wash soap powder. So where do I put the powder for the wash cycle please, please, please, at the moment I put it straight in the machine, without any issues with the result. I once put powder in the centre compartment and most was left wet and still there after the cycle, so figure I got that wrong.

How strict is the “max limits” when it’s lower than 9kg? As in, if you went over, would the machine not start at all, or can you force it to go ahead anyway? Cheers

The limits will not be strict at all but if you put 6kg in a programme that is designed for 2kg of clothes it will take a lot longer to wash. Also the performance of the wash may not be as good. Great question though.👍

Just one more on Samsung models if you don’t mind: there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of consistency in the naming of cycle programmes between different models, the 9kg one i’m looking at doesn’t have a ‘daily wash’ anymore, which apparently is popular with a lot of people. Do you know why this may have been removed or has it just been renamed to something else, like ‘mixed load’? (WW90TA046AX/EU if it helps) Thanks again

I didnt understand the time delay,, you say its the delay for the end of the cycle not the start . So if you put 24hrs it means it will run for 24hrs ?

No, what this means is that the machine will finish in 24 hours, so if the wash is 2 hours long, it will start in 22 hours.

I bought one 5 months ago, found the rubber seal was damaged already and started shredding a lot of tiny bits while washing. Rang Samsung as it was covered by 5 years guaranteed. I was shocked to be told rubber seal was not covered and the damage was done by misusing, said i need to pay £150 for repair. I was angry and found out there're a lot customers had the same problems so it must something wrong with the model. Samsung must be aware of it but juse denied that. My advice is never buy Samsung washing machine!😠

Just bought one and have connected everything but couldn't get water into the machine. I've cross checked several te but don't know what's the problem

I know it sounds silly but you have checked the water is switched on ok and water is getting to the machine?

Just looking at getting this machine, I wonder though, how do you estimate the weight of the load you want to wash? 4kg, 5kg, 9kg....

This is a great question and unless the machine actually weighs the clothes, in theory you should weigh the washing if you want to know how much to put in accurately. In reality no one is going to weigh their washing so if it is a 9kg machine, it is filling the the drum approx half full if you are putting a 4kg load in and approx a quarter full for a 2kg load.

I got one yesterday I’ve done a drum clean to see if it’s works & a calibration test which is recommended on Samsung’s KZread channel going to test it out properly tomorrow with some clothes 🙏🏿

How many kilos are full load.? I have none of the machines to know the weight. Thanks!

This machine has a maximum load of 9kg

Make sure to calibrate the mashine and clean your pump filter out often, Samsung loves it when they not done because it voids the warranty. Oh yea another thing IT EATS UP YOUR SMALLS quite often too and the drum likes to accumulate them inside the housing rendering your drum stuck. My opinion stay away from this mashine

Can you tell how to stop the machine in place because it moving and bumping on the floor while it operates. Thanks

First of all check the machine has had the transit bolts removed. If they haven't then it will move around and can damage the machine. If they have all been removed then check the machine is level. Again if it is not level then it can be unstable during the spin.

Difficlut to know what it could be, but i would check the waste outlet to see if it is blocked at all. If it is spinning but not pumping out properly then it will more than likely be because there is a blockage, or it could be an issue with the pump on the washing machine.

just brought one at currys.. then realised could of got it 40 quid cheaper at argos! doh
