. Mine arrived with the drain hose not attached to the drain line inside the washing machine and absolutely no mention or drawing on how to attach. When I opened the back side, by removing the back metal panel, I see what might be a flap that covers the hole and opens up when the water flows out, however I can't get it to move whatsoever so I don't know if it's a flap that needs to stay or cap which needs removing -- it's really that hard to tell. I tried gingerly opening it but can't use any more force without damaging it. I'm also afraid that if it's a cap and the machine tries to expel the water it might damage the machine. Also, mine arrived with some water in it, yet I literally looked at every inch of the machine, even using different types of light and a really kick-ass magnifying glass, almost the size of a dinner plate, a jewelers item, and could not find one scratch, fingerprint, water mark, or any kind of blemish either on the outside, inside the washing area, and from the back with the panel removed looking at the machine guts.........I feel like I'm positive it was never unpacked and used yet I can't explain why there's water in it. The water would seem to lean towards proving me wrong but the machine is immaculate......just perfect. I just don't understand this part at all. Feeling already I might have gotten screwed..........bought from BestBuy ..

Great video. Appreciate it. Not all that comfortable with things that mix water and electrical. FYI - That cord retainer bracket will work with your dryer - Rounded bits go in opposite each other with cord in between. One last thing - I really dislike that the power outlet for your washer is so low on the wall. A leak from either end of the hoses might prove fun for you.

You have to install the strain relief clamp at the electrical chord opening, regardless on whether or not anybody intends to pull on the chord or not.

Yes that will be lot better and safe but mostly cord stays behind machine and only we have risk when we cleaning otherwise it will be safe Thanks for advice

White shouldn’t be connected to ground on chassis, needs to be moved to the center screw with the white wire from the cord

Dryer comes with wire only no tube that if you buy electrical dryer Tube comes if you buy gas dryer

What clamp did you use with the dryer? The white piece. My husband and I are trying to figure purchase that piece.

Question: Your dryer didn't come with a water hose? Mine came with an extra water hose. From what I see from the back of the washer theirs an opening bottom left corner. Did your dryer have the same opening?

No mine dryer did not come with water hose just make sure it is electrical not gas 2 type of dryer gas and electric Electric you need wire and exhaust Gas need electric wire low voltage 120v and gas line

The directions for hooking up power cord to dryer that are on back of dryer and in manual are a bit different. It shows hooking up the white ground wire with the other white in the middle! Now I’m confused!

I think might look different but same thing You have 2 phases 240v and white neutral green ground Connect white with white and red black on other 2 wire green will go with chassis

It is really nice working really good definitely dryer it sense dryness of cloths it will just only run until cloths dry But washing machine as is He using more water compared to my old one and cycle takes about 20 minutes extra normal wash mode it takes 1hour to 1:20 minutes but wash’s lot better

Hight 41” Width 27” Depth 31” machine but you need about couple inch extra for hoses and vent for dryer I will say depth you need 40” at least

The dryer has a steamer function that a cold water line can be ran to off the same line as the washer. Instructions read this. It’s what I did.

I'm having so much trouble getting it to start (actually starting the cycle). When I press the button inside (to hand wash) it works occasionally, but a cycle won't start. What can I do, I have followed all steps

I got a DC1 code (door not closed). I have washed one time only and it worked I adjust nob to normal cycle (the knob) I adjust the temp, rinse, spin and soil levels. I hold start button and it makes a noise like it's going to start but It doesn't spin anymore and water doesn't come out. Then

If am right you talking about Teflon Tape yes it is to prevent leaking water it might will work without but later or sooner if you start leaking water it will make lot work and expensive damage Teflon tape is about $1-2 roll Al hardware store if you bought hose with it than it might be with kit

@@baljitjohal oh I actually used the hose that came with my samsung machine. I think the model I have is more recently made than yours but I set it up without the tape and it seems to be fine no leaking. I just turn the pipe off when I am not using it as a preventative measure... I didn't have any of that sealing tape like you used in your video

Wrong wiring for a 4 wire outlet. You were supposed to put the neutral wire that was on the ground to the middle neutral. Please read manual.
