I used to own a Samsung WF448 (front load washer). It's even worse. It makes very loud banging noises. Even after adjusting Lock nuts. It still does this.

My Samsung top load smart washer didn’t shake that violent.

At least your child pressed pause because not only it would dent the doors, if it was vibrating more violently, the dryer could have risk of falling from the top and pose a safety hazard.

I had it installed and trusted the installers, but that is exactly what was wrong. Thanks! It works great now.

Yes. The bolts were not taken off the back when they were installed. They work just fine now. Good luck!
