Thank you man! Everything worked as shown, my printer didnt end up in garbage. 🤘 P.S. Putting that black cogwheel back needs to be doublechecked if it's fitted fully in and in correct direction. I had to redo that.

This is a great video. It has helped me so much. The second paper being sucked into the Samsung SCX-4100 was driving me crazy. First I changed the paper separator, then I pulled the entire printer apart to change the pickup roller. But these got me nowhere. I was about to throw the printer out of the window when I saw your video. The exact same solenoid on this machine. Located elsewhere but the same issue. I removed the film which had gotten sticky with age and bingo: It started working again. Cannot thank you enough!!! :) :) :)

No i bardzo się z tego faktu cieszę. Kiedyś można było taką drukarkę wywalić do śmietnika - czytaj oddać do utylizacji - ale dziś ceny takich drukarek poszybowały do góry i warto je naprawiać.

This fix also worked for my Samsung SCX-4623F. Thank you very much for the detailed video! The service manual for this model can be found around the net, which is helpful for disassembly. But the fix shown here is not included.

Miałem kiedyś podobną usterkę. U mnie drukarka pobierała kilka kartek jednocześnie. Pamiętam, że gdzieś znalazłem instrukcję i z godnie z nią nakleiłem coś na ten element, który się sklejał. I też działa. 😀

Cześć. To jest solenoid. Na Aliexpress są po 20-30 pln plus wysyłka. Można samemu bo to raczej jest do zrobienia. Solenoid jest tu: pl.aliexpress.com/item/4000499198073.html

I have this printer and I'm wondering If i solder ethernet port on this will it became wireless cuz the board has space for ethernet port and above printer port there is a plastic covering which is covering ethernet port plz tell me if i can do this and I checked drivers and softwares for this printer and it has a wireless setup software for this printer.
