I watched the video. Very good troubleshooting done. I had a problem with mine and found the speaker on the right was making some vibration noise in addition to the music played. Solution was to apply some glue to harden the speaker attachment to the board.

What did you do? I cant get it,? Are you replacing the battery with newer one or replacing the button modules?

I think he moved the power switch module, so that any contact between the switch and the board is fully connected. Like any power switch you push it and it completes the circuit right, unfortunately I'm at work watching this, whilst needing to fix my own, I doubt I have all the tools at home to fix it, but i will try, without ruining the case.
