Samsung is reportedly developing a slimmer version of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 with larger screens (6.5-inch cover, 8-inch internal), set to launch in Q4 2024. Despite missing the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 10, the device is not canceled. Samsung plans to produce 400,000 to 500,000 units for select markets, including China. The slimmer model will lack S Pen compatibility but feature higher-end specifications. Development started in early 2024, explaining the later release compared to the standard version. The price is expected to be higher due to the enhanced features.
