Hi, I bought a used Active 2 SM-R825F which was working fine. After first swim, it won't start anymore. Is it worthwhile opening? What parts are likely to be affected? Where to get spares? Where did the water most likely enter?
Please do display replacement also.

My Active 2 stopped charging. Stuck on 0%. So I took a chance and ordered a replacement battery for 11 quid. Followed this video and it's alive again! I think the original battery failed from water ingress so I won't be taking it swimming again.

i had the same issue. it was the battery. i was grilling for a few hours (restaurant business) with the watch on, and it said that it was overheating and turning off. after that it got into a reboot loop. just changed the battery and now it is brand new!
