What type of case did you get for the tablet? On mine, it's the Supcase Unicorn Beetle "Defender" Case(which seems to be one of the most durable and sturdy compared to many, commercially online, for the Tab S8 Ultra). Also, I personally love that it included a built-in, glass screen protector!

I actually got the samsung keyboard for it so it only has protection on the back when the keyboard is off. I might look for an additional case. I might as well look at the Supcase then :) Thanks for the tip.

If I wanted to digitalize my traditional sheets by taking a photo of it, does this app do the job (like Forescored does)?

Does it fit to the scenario that continuuos VERTICAL SCROLLING might fill up the blank space underneath the score?

I need to test! I use the pedal to switch pages at the moment! The app is pretty advanced so I guess it can do it.

I use a USB type B to USB type C cable. USB C in the tablet and the other end in the PA1000. If you need to charge the tablet while using it you to let the USB C go through another hub that can provide power as well.

Unfortunately there aren't possibilities for face gestures in Android apps as we saw at ForScore on the Ipad. That would be a great improvement. A page turner is nice but when playing the organ, where can you lay down the pageturner..

Msp actually has the feature for face gestures, you just need to go through the settings and you will easily find it

If I put it in landscape mode will two pages fit on the screen?

Yes it can but they will be a bit harder to read. 🤓

The tablet looks great if it wasn't for its aspect ratio. I guess there's no way around an iPad then if you want true A4 ratio of 4:3

@@TechCars I continued my last night's search: The Google Nexus 9 (from 2016) also had 4:3 aspect ratio....how ever at only 8.9" screen size it's practically unusable for reading sheet music. Another option would be the Onyx Max Boox 3 which has 4:3 aspect ratio and 13.3" screensize. In my opinion that - as cool as it is and it being an e-ink reader - is completely overpriced. I guess the iPad would be a much more suitable option then since you can also watch movies, play games etc. on there perfectly fine.

Hi, How does it feel with the pen writing on the charts? How realistic is the feeling?

The S pen is great. It's the same feeling as on the other apps. I never mentioned that in the video, but ofcourse the s pen could be used for notes and other stuff :)

@@TechCars Thank you for your response. Does that mean that writing will be the same (feeling) as writing in the basic notes of Android? By the way, do you have experience with the forscore in ipad? Can you compare them? In terms of writing.

@@TechCars I still have no experience with tablets. I'm debating between the ipad pro 12.9 / s8 ultra 14.6. So I still don’t really understand what the differences are between them.. I have heard a lot of reviews on the Forscore and almost no on the mobile sheets. I need it to make me feel like I'm writing on a regular page. With all the little nuances. And the markings.

I was hoping that you would turn it sideways and show two pages at a time. I have a Galaxy View 1 with an 18.4 inch screen and MobileSheets that I use for a 2 page display.

Question for the Galaxy View. I am considering buying one of those for the size. But I am really curious to see how that device works with a e-pencil. Can you give me some info on that?

@@lamaquinaludica9816 You actually just use a rubber typed stylus (kind of a fake finger) instead of an actual e-pencil. You do get more accuracy than with your finger if you're doing graphics and such, but its not the same as a drawing tablet.

Hi there. So I have now clarified why my communication between MSpro and PA1000 doesn't work: It is NOT the number that you show in your video! You have to declare in the MIDI chart Commandtyp=NUMBER and 1 line down is the number which correspondent to number in the songbook. So this works for me. BR Henry

@@amirprog The only options I can think of is the iPad Pro with 12.9" screen. It's a different aspect ratio. More like a paper I believe.

Hi. If you're in the apple eco system, getting an Ipad isn't such a bad idea. I know Xioami is going to release a 14" tablet to compete with Samsung, which is good!

@@TechCars Thanks for the quick reply. Hmm, I'm not too sure then. The width of the ultra screen seemed pretty much the same as the ipad pro, but I can't comment on things like Bloom/glare etc. A 14" tablet would be nice, but I could always pick up the 4th gen ipad pro second hand for now and then sell it on. I just genuinely can't carry 600 pages of sheet music around with me anymore!

@@treguard1982 Agree. It's so great having it in the tablet. And combined with the pedal it's awesome. iPad probably has a better screen ratio for this. You do get black areas on the top or bottom with the 16:10 aspect ratio.

@@TechCars Thanks man, I really appreciate it :) Something I didn't consider if that I guess I can't just put the tablet straight onto a piano music rest/holder. Is there a case you'd recommend to stop it slipping off please? :) My Knight K10 does have ridges, however many I've used are very smooth, so it would just slide off

Maybe the Lenovo P12 is a better choice? Going below 12" is probably not a good idea.

14.6 inch display is great but aspect ratio kills it. 99.99999 percent of sheet music is 4:3.
