I'm on an note8 and believe me there are splinters!!! Bought 6 note 8s ... Eall six screens are cracked ! Everyone of them were in an otter box case with glass screen protectors! All of us had iPhones for years with out one single screen issue ..we made the switch cause it was better then iPhone x but . With that said ... All of us are going back to iphone due to the amount of insurance claims lol. With that said the s10 looks amazing ..but cant trust the screens.... No opinion here real life test of 6 of them! Amazing phones crap screens

Pintexx That was loose black powder, black powder thats not packed together in a small area does not have much force when exploding. For example if you make a pistol bullet ignite outside of a gun barrel it will not go very far because there is not pressure forcing it a certain direction.

It did survive. It was the display that got fucked. The display itself broke along with it cracking, just not the components of the phone. If you got the display replaced, your phone would be fine again.

George Hannay The older phones seem generally to have been more durable. I still have my Galaxy S3, have dropped several times and still no cracks or noticeable scratches. Only thing I had to do recently was to change the battery for the first time.

This is why I always go with the Active series. Pretty much never have this issue and with the S7 Active they included an SD card slot and thumbprint scanner.

He gave the S8 to what's inside because he was to cool to reuse it if it had a small scratch. I've gotta say, what's inside made a much much better use of it than techrax could have ever done.

yea if your going to get the s8 make sure u immediately get a case for it if you dont want to break the glass on it because u will i did and so did my friend literally 2 weeks after i did the lifeproof case for this phone is amazing and the sound gets through perfectly fine no issues when talking on the phone make sure to get some kind of protection for it because they are delicate that infinity display is super weak on the edges
