Honestly. This is my opinion and you dont have to agree with me. But I've been a samsung user for basically my whole life. I do like samsung a lot. But it seems that they are just giving us little upgrades. This is what i think they should do, which would be great. 1. +500mah batterys for all 3 models 2. Increased resolution and ois for ultrawide lens for all 3 models. 3. Increased ram for all models. 12 gb base ram 4. Smoother software, including camera ui (which is choppy when switching camera lenses compared to any new iPhone) 5. An extra microphone on the back of all 3 s series models for noise cancellation and more mic options. 6. Allow ultrawide video while using flash 7. 4k60fps lens switching for all models. 8. Same cameras for all 3 models. 9. Better macro mode for all 3 models (Samsung should add autofocus to all 3 models for ultrawide lens) If they could do all of that. And some more. Im sure they'd make a killing. If anyone agrees with me or wants to comment or add, please do. We need samsung to hear us so they can provide us with our wants and needs. :) . . Edit: + add anti reflective coating for all 3 models and new and improved selfie camera. Low light video performance is not good in my opinion.

The camera switching is actually not choppy because of the processor, the layout of the camera make the image shifting a little making it looks stutter the moment they switch lens. This can be fixed by reposition the viewfinder and crop a little bit of the image. The vertical camera layout is probably the culpirt, if you swith from main to uw or telephoto then it won't shift too much, but if it's from uw to telephoto then, the shifting will be too obvious

@Meteor-ThunderBears I would agree for the most part. But for an example. When using an iPhone. When switching the lens. The photos and videos are actually cropped a tad bit. Just a bit. But that gives the illusion of a smoother transition. Play with an iPhone, and you'll see what I mean. Also, when I 1st got my phone (s23+) before any update, the camera transitions were perfect. It was so smooth, but after updates, it got worse. Noticeably worse. I believe that it really depends on the software because if I had the tools to fix it, I believe I could. I've also noticed that the stabilization algorithm on samsungs is inferior to the iPhone when it comes to transitions, but just steady video without any lens changes, then samsung is definitely better. I just wish samsung would work on polishing their devices. Yes, features are cool, but I believe a billion dollar company has the resources to get things done. So all they would need to do to fix that is maybe add ois to all sensors. Not eis and also develop a better algorithm for lens switching. They know what they need to do. We need to complain to get them to do it.

@Meteor-ThunderBears I re read this. When switching from main to uw lens on my phone and my sister phone (s23ultra) the shifting is very noticeable. Not even slight. I can understand tf to uw lens but main to uw? That's crazy.

Hopefully if they do this, it may encourage them to increase charging speeds noticeably.

Still have my s21 ultra 5G and it still charges in less than 30 min and it has 120 hz monitor and plays 4k no problems. In order for me to upgrade the next Galaxy has to be groundbreaking.

Ok , but why ? It’s already very powerful as are most high end phones these days, what’s it going to do that today’s phone will not ? It may open up your emails a tenth of a second faster , or open up an app a tenth of a second faster ….. whoop de do ! It may gain an extra few frames while gaming on that tiny screen if you are a phone gamer, a little bit extra battery life is good, but hardly worth putting down your old phone which still works perfectly well to spend another $1200 bucks for what is essentially incremental changes. If on the other hand, Samsung put back the headphone jack , the SD card , the notification light and all the things that used to come in the box with every new phone , well that would be something. If this what we have been shown today is it , it’s basically a nothing burger.

As long as they don't allow us to play AAA games on them all that extra power is uninteresting. I don't care that Instagram opens 0.003 seconds faster than my S21U. The S24U is already 30% more powerful than the iPhone 15Pro Max GPU and even theirs run modern tripple A games. Samsung needs to step up. Android has to step up.

It has been confirmed recently that there is no battery size increment in s25 ultra. They will tinker with it at software end to save battery. They are also not going for dual battery like oneplus (so no improvement in charging speeds either) 😊

It does not matter now that Samsung has decided to add a bigger battery, because this Snapdragon 8 gen 4 is going to be so much power hungry ,that it is going to eat up all those extra battery life that we were all hoping and hyping up to get😢😢, those Samsung can redeem themselves by increasing the charging speed 😅

That's great news, but does that mean the newer chip is going to be more power hungry? No way I would like to have a power hungry chip than an efficient one. No matter the battery size. S23U and S24U is doing good. Chips should be fast also efficient at the same time. Not to mention heat, which should be bearable.
