With galaxy buds recent firmware update, sound quality of both buds & buds+ has come very closer. Only the batter% of the case do not shows for buds in the wearable app.

Go to about earbuds and tap edit and you will be able to change the name

🤔 Ambient mode isn't new, I had it on my original buds. And also "Advance Features" was on the original buds aswell, but not ambient mode during calls

bro i like the pop up feature equalizer gaming mode and ambience mode also

That's an always on for me, hate audio lags

How do you set it up so when you tap the tip te volume either go up or down

The only real drawback I see to these buds is the need to turn on such a crazy wide range of permissions to access unrelated functionality.

@@Pamven I think you missed my point. There is not need to require me or anyone rlse to allow such permanent permissions. I either need to allow the other parry access to a huge amount of personal data or I can't use the buds.

Hi,you can't download it to your personal music playlist, the downloaded songs will be available for you in the Spotify app, but you can obviously listen to them offline, through the Spotify app.

My Gear Icon X 2018 has ambient sound.

I have bought a pair of these and they are confy în the ear. But even when I have the volum all the way up they sound low. How can I fix this?

Is the Airpods-like open-to-connect feature Galaxy phone only? Or do you just need the Galaxy Wear app installed on any Android phone? I have a Pixel 3a and I'm looking into my best options for true wireless earbuds. Companies struggle so much with the controls and I don’t understand. TAP once = play/pause or answer/end call TAP twice = volume up/down TAP and hold = next/previous track. TAP three times should change ambient sound. They waste A LOT of commands. Triple tap only does previous track... WHAT?!?

Cant connect galaxy buds from galaxy wearable app but can connect normally on bluetooth, how do i adjust the buds touch funtion then? Is there any other way?

I think that if you don't put them in the case when your not using them you will drain the battery plus since they are so small you may lose them if not in the case

I have a question. When I'm watching youtube in my phone and I open my Gbuds plus they automatically connect even when they are in the case how is that possible. Am I missing something? And when I close the case with the buds in it youtube stops playing unless I tap play button please help

That is what they're supposed to do. They connect automatically when you open the case. I have them myself. Also for the KZread that stops playing is also normal, since you put the earbuds in the case and then close it KZread automatically stops playing.

Yeah just like he said it stops playing because u closed the case like for example lets say you are using wired earbuds when you disconect the earbuds from the phone it automatically pauses

Sound quality is typically consider very good / better than other options in similar price range. These buds have dual audio drives which improves crispness over others in the price range including the other big name competitor.

Go to settings/apps/bixby/set as default/clear default, the press and hold and choose your preferred voice assistant (google voice ) for example

Umm my old Galaxy Buds had an ambient sound mode.

Everytime I'm using these on a call, everyone can hear everything in my background. Is there a feature I'm missing? I'd like to have a conversation outside without people hearing traffic going by, other conversations, and animals like birds and dogs.

The Lives and the Buds Pro have active noise canceling. And that was the only way that I could cut the outside noise down on my phone calls. I had to upgrade to the Lives as I don't really like the Pros. There may be a way that I just never found, but I had the same issue. These just have a "noise cancelling fit" maybe there is a way to mess with the ambient sound settings to get it cut down while on phone calls but I never got background sounds during calls to be any better for me.

Here's another tip. For those of you who are having trouble double tapping the side of the buds, you can also double tap the back of your ear to adjust the volume.

That double tap the volume up or down on the edge is no good because you end up pausing your music or hanging up or somebody. Stupid place to push the feature should of put it on the side would of work better

Haven’t been able to access the app to control settings... download is not working 🤬sending them back , Samsung said to contact the app developer 🤬 that’s not my job 🤬
