The A51 looks more appealing for me. Just got the A51 the other day (March 17, 2022). Yes, in 2022. And for me, it's great. I also have A32 5g but I love the A51 better because of the display. The thin bezzels and punch hole were really great! 🤗

I've had the A51 5G since this past December, and I absolutely love it! 🙂 Personally for me, the only spec that I wish this phone had that the A52 got, was dual speakers 🔊 Other than that, I'm still extremely satisfied with my device, and because the A52 is out, I'm sure even the 5G version of the A51 will be much cheaper for people to get. All in all, will stick with the current one I have, although maybe another year or two down the line, I'm sure the successors will be worth the upgrade for myself ❤

Does the phone work with cdma networks or carriers? Does the a52 or a52 5g version work with Verizon, Sprint, Xfinity mobile, etc?

The a52 is a 20% increase in difference, the dual speakers is great But you can save hundreds of dollars because the A51 is on sale , for about 70% off for a very similar phone

The design is the biggest thing 👌😍

Thanks to you I bought A52 and totally great phone. I have had always used Samsung flagship for 10 yr, A52 is my first midrange phone but I can say it's satisfying to my needs.

Thanks. One of the better reviews. Please mention the built in phone speaker for those who are hearing impaired. Some other brands have phone speaker in back. Samsung, for many of Samsung phones have speaker on bottom.

As much I can definitely see why I should upgrade, unfortunately it's not worth it for me right now... apart from budgeting reasons I haven't had any real problems with the A51 since I bought it in August of last year. It's definitely birthday/Christmas present worthy or if something drastic happens to my phone

Is the build solid? I feel that my A52’s build is flimsy. The back of it bends forward when you press it.

the black borders look a lot thicker in the a52, is the difference really not noticiable in hand in comparison with the a51?

Insane upgrade but I still like the design of the A51 better, it's bold yet classy while the A52 just seems chunky and overdone

Looking foward to the A52 to upgrade my 2y old A6+ ;)

For me, choosing between these two models depends on their actual model variants offered in my vicinity, and unfortunately the A52 is out as the only official variant offered was the A5260 instead of the A525F/DS, the latter being intl spec which I'd prefer more. The A51 however was officially offered in the A515F/DS ie. intl spec with my preferred cellular band ranges most suitable for intl use. As such, in this case, I may have to settle with the A51, also knowing that it is more reliable than the A71 which suffers from long-term system instability issues......

Can you pick up the M62,I can provide a link if you think it's worth it

I have the A51 (4G) since October 2020 for which I only paid 217 Euro (special offer, brand new). I still love the screen, the generous 128GB storage and the daylight (= outside in bright conditions) performance of the cameras. As a power user, the battery life is still decent and the phone size is tolerable (could be a bit less broad though). But the slow perfomance of the pairing of 4GB RAM and the Exynos chip is often annoying, photos and videos in lowlight conditions are average at best and the phone does crash from time to time (e.g. while using the camera app). Also: there are far more upgrades the A52 got than the older model got one year ago. I guess, I will stick to the A51 but it definitely pales in comparison to the A52. I'll probably buy the A72 5G next year. Or the S20 FE 5G.

Guys don't regret your decision, I also bought the A42 5G when I could have waited for a better opinion. These are still good phones, and sadly Samsung will always launch smartphones..

Sold my s10e which was complete disappointment and got this one for 300euros + galaxy buds plus for free. Very happy with it so far, battery is great, 90hz feels amazing, like flagship, camera is also an improvement, less smoothening and more details on photos compared to s10e. Plastic back might feel a bit cheap but Im using case, so I'dont really care. It is a great phone indeed for this price range.

Watching on the a52 5g it's very good, I've had no problems with it

I bought my A51 recently for 200€ (Germany) I think its pretty much the best value for this price. But nontheless the A52 is an awsome phone!

Upgraded from the S7 edge to the A52 after SIX YEARS...very interested to see how this phone works man!

It's not tough to choose at all, the 851 feel so nice in your hand or in your pocket, thin and light, the new as you call it modern design on the A52 feels like a brick in your hand or in your pocket, it's just a slab with no actual design for comfort, and that's first and foremost my man.
