Watching using my A32 5g that I received this afternoon 😊 Awesome Black. It's actually a good upgrade from my Galaxy A50s when it comes to speed, especially when playing games and browsing. Though it doesn't have Super Amoled display and AOD. So far so good. 🤗

@@darklocks2533 I agree. I will use and keep my phone until it breaks or I can't use it anymore. I have a S9 and I'm afraid it's going to be out on the near future cause of them getting rid of 3g/4g. Mine isn't that..but my mother's phone is older than that and they're saying she needs a replacement cause hers will no longer work after 2021. This is one option as a replacement for her. Since you do have this phone is it a good phone to have? I'm only used to samsungs. The other options she has is a Rvvl v+ 5g and One Plus Nord N200 5g. I would have to help her with it. And it's good to ask/know about it from people who do have it. Thank you

One thing I noticed is that the corners are more rounded then before. It isn't much of a difference, but definitely hits at the display real estate.

The back of the A52 and A72 will be almost the same, except a lil bumpy around the lenses. Looks beautiful to me! Can't wait on the release of A52!

When you've basically been spoiled by Samsung OLED, it's almost impossible to use LCD again and feel okay lol. This phones...cool I guess but dang that screen just ruins everything.

Buy the A32 4g version it has a 90hz display anf its also amoled it will launch soon also

I own a galaxy a32 5G but in my experience, the audio is pretty good and the display isn’t bad either. I think it’s a good phone, but that’s just my experience :)

I just spent half-an-hour trying to find out if this phone has a Type C charging port and you are the 1st video/review/unboxing in about a dozen I already looked at that actually said "Type-C charging port". samsung's website doesn't even include this info on their website. Just bought my mom this phone today to replace a Moto G4 that was becoming obsolete due to the Improvement to the cell towers. So far the experience has been Pleasant as she is a senior citizen and just needs the basics. She was already operating doing text and sending and receiving photos so we are off to a great start. Course she will not be comparing her phone with other phone and specs so she is very happy and having a 5G phone it should last for quite a while. Your video is greatly appreciated and you have a friend in Columbus Ohio!

the new camera set up is the best thing about the whole phone to me😂😂 edit: not that the phone is bad but i didnt like the other design, this one seems more modern and up with the times👍

Samsung has been adding pretty decent devices in the Galaxy series. The design and the features including the mediatek processor seems to suit this launch well.

@@ShaneSymonds well you are a professional so you know it the best But you can actually choose some fixed settings for all phones such as 50 percent brightness, 50 percent sound volume, fully charged battery, no background apps and default game settings for each phone separately. Trust me Shane it's gonna be perfect....

COD Mobile isn't intensive at all. He should try to get a high level Genshin Impact account to unlock the later regions of the game which are much more intensive on hardware than the starting area.

I switched from a 2 or 3G phone when this phone went on sale for $229.00. All I need this phone for is making phone calls and texting and using the GPS feature. Thank you for posting this review.

Samsung's strategy is clear : They will release an upgraded version of this phone with AmoLed screen and a new color a few months later, with a price bump in order to saturate the midrange segment. Also I'm tired of the cheap glossy plastic.

Thanks so much for your review, very helpful for someone like me that is on the fence about giving up my reliable workhorse, Note 3! I totally agree, the display is definitely not up to par. I will check out the A42. My complete reservation for getting a new phone is that the overall size of the newer phones, although long, are not as wide as my Note. I really don't want to skimp on size as it is my only connection to the internet at the time and I do everything on it.

I got this as a free upgrade from my Note 10, which will no longer be supported on the phone network, so... However, it seems to be working fine for now. We'll see how this goes over the next few weeks of use. Thanks for the review!

The chipset combined with the lower res screen result in a substantial performance difference vs the 4g. I would not consider it a downgrade overall. This phone is great for games and emulation.

Hey yall. I am currently using this phone, and I say it is SOO worth it. It really doesn't matter about 1080p switching to 720p. There is barely any difference at all. It is good for gaming youtube and camera is decent. Front camera is not the best, but its something. But if you're like me, i barely use my camera. Buy this if you are looking for a good budget phone!

Hey Shane, great video. I was wondering, are you familiar with the Huawei P30 Lite and if you do, how does the A32 screen compare to the P30 Lite? Performance-wise, it doesn't seem far off. But I wonder if I'd be downgrading in terms of display (not that the P30 Lite has the most amazing display anyways)

Actually I don't care what happen to screen but what I actually care is the rear camera setup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It look really beautiful

this cost me $190 off of eBay so I couldn't care less about the display. no bugs or crashes. it works well consistently and at least for me it's a nice device. love the cam setup too and the overall design. it's all relative as they say ;)

This phone hits kinda different when you realize it has a headphone jack, a SD card slot, a charger, and a fucking case! In the box. Meanwhile the s21 ultra gives you a type c to type c cable. So unless you had the note 20. You need to buy a type c charger... Feels like a scam yo.

i quite like the HD+ display and the size of the screen. not too big, not too small. the dimensity 720 chipset is pretty good too.

I'm loving it!!!! Though the differences it's worth it and I'd buy this 5G version once again. The layout is awesome and the velocity of the phone outstands! 48MPs are still good in the main camera in contraposition of those 64 in the smaller and slower 4G version.

This is the phone I have just bought, and I am really looking forward to using it.

@@ShaneSymonds bro once you try OLED you can't go back that's what happened to me after trying the J7 2015 the only LCD screens I could indure were LTPS ones truly disappointing that Samsung is downgrading it's phones for more profit like the lack of an sd-card slot in the S21 series and the display downgrading trend in the a series how can they call that an "awesome screen" at this point truly sad ( ᷄ᴗ _ ᴗ ᷅)

Overpriced phone

The Galaxy A32 recordes in uhd4k and I've been able to watch videos on KZread and 2160p resolution. It is similar to the Galaxy S9 Plus! It is pretty good for a budget phone! I was rather skeptical but there's not much different from the S9 phones

Good morning I bought my first cell phone 5 yesterday ago (Samsung Note 4) the last phone was (Samsung Note 8) A32 came highly recommended from.a family of friends who all have this model (they have taken me under their wings I can go to them with many questions I have) as a non tech person I find this phone a wonderful upgrade from.my last phone I hear the sound of a motor? it sounds like a car engine reving up its engine this phone makes my Samsung Note 8 a dinosaur( lol) thank you for this video it's very helpful also I didn't know it came with a clear covering it was so clear I didn't see it

The in-display fingerprint sensor in the A42 is a nightmare. So for me the side-mounted fingerprint sensor ist the biggest plus of the phone.

totally agree. I have the a71 and the inscreen fingerprint sensor was so bad I gave up using it. I bought the A32 partly because it offered the side mounted fingerprint scanner.

@@HPad2 yeah I was in the T-Mobile store today looking at it. Not too shabby. The display is a little fuzzier than other 720 p displays I've seen but could've just been the unit I was looking at. Considering switching to tmobile for it.

Dimensity 720u is honestly no slouch, my heilo G90T benchmarks around the same and it's pretty impressive for the money

How is it 6 months in?

Well, I have retired my stupid flip phone of 3G which will no longer work after February 2022 so and my wife bought me this A 32 5 G phone. Wow! Am I lost~!~! So a long hard learning curve awaits me. Shane's video will be my first dive into the pool of knowledge about 'smart phones' for this 70-year-old dude. I'm looking forward to the foto mode capabilities. My wife, I think watches most of Leo Laports' videos.

I have used this 1-week old phone at work with a wireless Bluetooth speaker ... that works great. There is a hot spot [?] at work so I'm not using data[?] ... anyway live and learn.

im fine with my a31 like ine that a32 it has 4k yes but still has no EIS even in 1080p and in photo not much difference just explore and see what you can do just little to no difference but the a31 has better display and 5g is still a weak thing unless you live in those who has it. between a31 and a32, a31 is a better deal to get. but if you want to upgrade jus go with a52 or 72.

I've been curious on why it seems Samsung has been downgrading their displays and display bezels on all of their models. Look at the A11 and A12, and then the A31 and A32. Confusing.

Not to mention the A4* series, which was meant to be compact, is now huge with a 720p (amoled) display. Samsung are making some werid decisions to the A line this year!. Its obvious the downgrades to 720 lcd displays, thicker bezels and v drop is to accomadate the expense of 5g.

@@geester 5G is still 5G though, I'd say it's better to be early with 5G than be late. I like that Samsung is starting to branch out 5G from their flagships to midrange devices.

Watched 3 reviews this was good info some said gaming was ok not great and lagging was issue and facial recognition was not great but appreciate it

I'm buying this to replace my father's s6 edge +. The display is only HD and not amoled , the processor is only a mediatek but i don't care. I use the phone almost for KZread and deviantART only so i don't care if the processor is mediatek and not snapdragon. I just want a big battery and screen and this phone offers both at the reasonable price of 231 euros italian version in cyan color. The screen is not that good , but if you only use 2 social medias (KZread , deviantART) and candy crush then the bad display resolution doesnt count. I can also accept the presence of the notch. Nowadays you can't have a 6.5 inch screen , 5000 mah battery and fast charge just for 231 euros. So i'm definitely gonna buy this phone , possibly on Amazon or eBay where It's cheaper than physical Samsung shops. I enjoyed the video and put a like.

Can you plz also review some xiaomi & realme phones? You will get more views because lots of people search for them specially in asia. Phones like the Redmi Note 9S, Note 9 Pro , Poco X3 NFC are in about the same price category. If you compare them they give a lot much value! 😁 Hope you do it. I know you can’t find any xiaomi phones in the US but you can buy them online. your will channel also grow a lot when you do Samsung , Xiaomi, Realme reviews.❤️

The only thing I find off about this phone is it doesn't have an AMOLED screen (even on 720p) and that antiquated V shape notch. And this one may be preferential but I honestly like having an in screen fingerprint sensor compare to a physical rear/side mounted fingerprint sensor. Cuz in screen fingerprint sensor (optical/ultrasonic) is more of an advance approach.
