Liked the video.. I have a galaxy AS Xfinity sent it to replace my land line. Do like it.. I am 73yrs and learning it. Got the A15 to replace my BRICKED A51. This will get Android updates to Android 18 and years of updates from Samsung. Happy with it!

For 300$ the A25 5G is a great deal , 4 years of update super amoled 128 g memory space dual speakers , you almost getting a flagship phone at a fraction of the price . To me definitely worth the extra 100$ . The A14 5G not bad if you on a budget. Great review 👍.

I have paid 208€ by Amazon 2 weeks ago for the A25 5G

Good review -but one thing to note is the battery life will be orders of magnitude better on the A15 5G vs the A25 - if that is a concern. I have a A33 with the Exynos 1280 and my wife has the A53 and they are both pigs in consuming battery with even just browsing the web/social media on wifi. The performance is good however.

I wish samsung would go back too using snapdragon processors on the A lineup. I have a a23, it uses a SD 695. My battery lasts for 2 days with moderate usage. It's one on the more efficient chips, with a 60hz screen and a 5000 mah battery. The 695 can handle ps2 and game cube emulation.

Another great review btw, and I agree both devices are good budget phones. You mentioned you’d rather get Pixel 7a for the same price of the A25, so is that true? Anyways a Pixel 7a is better than both these phones but my concern is Pixels world wide tech support in case you break it on your next vacation. Some countries don’t even have parts for a Pixel phone at least in Latin America.

Are you sure the A25 5G can do 1080p 60 fps recording? On GSM arena specs website it shows it can only do 1080p 30 fps max, same as the a15 5G, or 4k 30fps.

The A15 has built in HDR that's probably why the photos come out looking like that

I am honestly very impressed with the a25. I gave a a34 also and the diffrence between these phones are not anything to write home about. Even compared the a53 the user experience is very similar. The only thing i dont like about the a25 are the bezels.

Can you compare the A25 to the A34?

The A15 is a better value for the everyday user who uses this for video-watching, voice calls, texting, and basic games. The A25 is probably worth the extra $100, if you like the improvements in video recording performance, along with an overall smoother experience. Out of the two, I would lean toward the A25, unless I were really strapped for cash and needed a replacement phone immediately. I'm actually waiting for the A35, though. It has a better processor, in-screen fingerprint reader, and IP67 water and dust resistance. I'm currently using an A53 5G, and although it has some minor stuttering and lag issues, it's a very usable phone, with a pretty nice camera. I expect to be replacing it sometime next year or so. I always seem to develop some kind of issue with my phones after 2-3 years, whether it's the battery (LG V20), the charger (Samsung Galaxy Note 2, A71 5G), the front-facing camera (Samsung Galaxy Note 3), or some software issues (most of them).

I had the A15 5G for 2 days now and it has been a great device.

If you bought the phone in the U.S it should be able to work with any carrier, but to be sure, find out the bands supported on the phone and your carrier

Honestly, that chaos with A53 was probably because of software. Exynos 1280 is really nice processor if you look at it's specs, i don't see how can it be bad chip.

A25 is better but A15 provides better value imo. A25 costs more than $300 in India which is ridiculous....as the M34 5g provides the same chipset despite being $100 cheaper. A15 is around the same price as M34 and I don't think there's a lot of difference between Dimensity 6100 and Exynos 1280.... considering the $100 price gap. So I'll be choosing the A15 anyday over A25. If I were to get a $300 phone, I'd choose A34

Totally off topic but could i get the a15? 😂 Tbh the phones are pretty cool. As a basic phone user, i think i might just consider a phone that I’ll use for texting, messages, socials and stuff like that. I wouldn’t really go the extra mile. Both video camera shots were pretty good. A lot of extra improvements in the A25, but the 15 is still excellent for the price and not too inferior. Both great, Samsung well done.

A25 clearly has the better and sharper images.

Camera also is excellent 👌 50mp wide and 5mp ultra wide then 2mp macro which frankly I never use. Overall its a promising phone it plays graphically demanding games bt lags went. Push it

Go budget with the A15 or 8Gb RAM 256 with the A25. €199 vs €319.

The budget a series phones are getting mid end and kinda higher price they are some good phones now

I have a15 for work and a25 for personal. A25 is much nicer in every way. 120hz for gaming

This means samsung could bump the policy of upcoming a35 and a55 to 7 years of os update at that point samsung doesn't know what they are doing, considering these mid range gets sluggish after 2 years they aren't powerful to be supported for 7 years considering they are already laggy at 3 year. Samsung please stop making mid range phone and replace it with selling older flagships such as the s24 and s24+ 2 years later at $499-$599 price

It's kinda stupid they are still making lower end a series because now that samsung offer 7 years if android update, they should sell older a 2-3 year old flagship which will have 4-5 more updates left which is a better alternative in every single way and even cheaper because reproducing newer part is more costly and requires more sacrificing while the older flagship depreciate in cost, like you can actually find a galaxy s22, s21 fe, s21 for similar price than a15 and it's nowhere near the competition, even something like a galaxy s10e I'd say is a better phone.

Everything over 200 is stupid for a phone imo.

As an iPhone user switching over the A15 has a decent front facing camera, but the rear facing could be better, The A25 holds the win with the camera.

in my eyes the mic of the a15 sounds way better when its recording videos than the a25. How is the 25 worse, the mic struggles around with clear stereo mic recording as you can hear in the video. Several times the left audio channel broke down on a25 on a15 never. Even the mic of the a25 seems like it swallows the sound a little bit, while on A15 it sounds constantly open and clear. At least at the rearcam. Normally the mic should be better on A25.

I bought the A25 128 from Amazon and using my points I paid $145. I bought it just for shits and giggles. That and to have another Samsung phone to use the Find feature. It will be joining it's bigger brother, an S24 Plus. 10:45

I got a good price at Best Buy for the A15 that I almost bought at T mobile. I could get two for the price I would only get one at Tmobile.
