It's good to find how-to videos that are straight to the point and are easy to follow. A lot of the time, well meaning people will upload videos where they do everything so fast paced that you're constantly having to pause and rewind. Thank you!

I'd give you a thousand thumbs up if I could. the "Quick Start" makes sense ONLY if you already know this and don't need instructions, and the page I found on Verizon only helped me locate the SIM tray. Now all I need to do is activate it, but the instructions from my provider are unclear whether or not I should power up the phone when attempting this,

Does anybody know how I turn on the ringer on this phone? It’s going directly to voicemail when somebody calls it.
