I have battled this Samsung fridge since we bought it...Never again. I'm on my second ice maker and have to push the button every hour to get an ice bucket, I gave up and turned it off. Hair dryer to melt the ice machine, hair dryer to melt back wall of fridge...now a day before Christmas eve and problems again. The Motor must be hitting an ice block in the back of the fridge. Out comes the hair dryer, unload the fridge to ice chests, husband has 3 dozen tamales coming... gave up and flipped rhe breaker to help the defrost. 2 hours later power on.. get the 5e error, will not reset. Flip the breaker and try again, no luck. Watch your post and grab the hair dryer again. Now I'm getting 39e look it up and its the ice machine, pull out the ice bucket and feel some ice stuck up in there, get the hair dryer up in the ice drawer till it falls. Ice bucket back in error 39e gone push freezer and fridge buttons things start blinking NO ERROR CODES looks normal. Christmas is in 2 days. I'm now typing this on my samsung phone watching my Samsung tv wearing my Samsung watch. BUT, will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance again.
