Before anyone asks: this machine is broken again. This was the last video I’ll be able to get of it running for the time being. I’ll have a video up explaining everything in further detail, but I’m not sure when that’ll come out. So that being said, I will not be doing any requests for this washer.

I agree with you the agitation could’ve been a little more intense, seemed very weak to me.

Well that was an interesting tune at the end, not the usual one they do. Is that to differentiate the top washer and main washer?

The main does the regular chime and the top does that exact chime in the video

The top load doesn’t have steam but the bottom does so I’ll try getting that at some point

Not at all. It’s plagued with problems and reliability issues (as are all Samsungs), especially with the top washer. This was a rare instance where the upper washer actually went through an entire cycle without leaks. If you look it up on KZread, you’ll see my videos in addition to plenty of others having the same issue. Unless you really need a mini washer, I would suggest just going with a standard set, and NOT any from Samsung. If you really need the mini washer, I’d look into the LG Twinwash. I personally don’t have any experience with it, but I’ve never heard anything bad about them either.

That small “washer” is only a sort of bucket…it’s just nice to see…but it’s worthless. 🤷🏻‍♂️

On the Activewear and Delicates cycles, I’d agree, it’s basically a giant soaker. But the wash action on the Normal cycle is quite aggressive, I was impressed. It’s not going to remove stains or anything, but that’s not what this is for. It’s almost meant to be like a big bucket for those handwashable or really delicate items you don’t trust in the main washer, that’s why it’s paired with a dryer that doesn’t tumble and is basically an oversized hair dryer.

worthless appliance...my Speed Queen would be half finished with the load and much cleaner by now !!! just saying lol

That clothes didn’t go down still not washed, worst washer ever
